Payment Terms & Conditions

The following payment terms and conditions can be used on the PK Renova Industries website or in quotations and invoices.


Payment Terms

1. Advance Payment

  • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and initiate production.
  • Orders will only be processed after the advance payment has been received.

2. Balance Payment

  • The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before dispatch or delivery of the machine unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
  • UPI
  • Demand Draft (if applicable)
  • Other approved digital payment methods

All payments should be made to the official bank account of PK Renova Industries.


Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a formal quotation has been issued.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Written purchase order or order confirmation from the customer.

Delivery & Dispatch

  • Delivery timelines begin after receipt of the advance payment.
  • Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary depending on production, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any delay due to force majeure shall not attract penalties.

Transportation

  • Transportation, loading, unloading, insurance, and freight charges are extra unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
  • Risk of damage during transit passes to the buyer upon dispatch if transportation is arranged by the customer.

Installation & Commissioning

  • Installation assistance can be provided where applicable.
  • Customer must ensure the site is ready with required utilities such as electricity, water, and foundation before installation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled without written approval.
  • Advance payments may be non-refundable if production has already commenced or materials have been procured.

Warranty

  • Machines are covered under the warranty period specified in the quotation or invoice.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Improper operation
    • Electrical fluctuations
    • Unauthorized modifications
    • Damage due to negligence or accidents

Returns & Refunds

  • Customized or made-to-order machines cannot be returned.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after inspection and management approval.

Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the machinery before dispatch whenever possible.


Ownership

Ownership of the machinery remains with PK Renova Industries until full payment has been received.


Limitation of Liability

PK Renova Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the machinery.


Governing Law

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
